Greek yogurt is a fantastic source of probiotics and are super beneficial for gut health!
Ingredients:
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- ½ cup granola
- 1 tablespoon honey
- ½ cup mixed berries
Directions:
1. Layer Greek yogurt in a bowl/glass cup.
2. Add a layer of granola and mixed berries.
3. Add a second layer of Greek yogurt.
4. Top with granola, honey, and mixed berries.
5. Enjoy!
